We are currently hiring Back-Office Logistics Clerks to join an international project supporting a famous trucking business, a leading company in the logistics and freight transportation sector in Germany, known for manufacturing and operating its own fleet of trucks.In this role, you will provide support to both private customers and business clients who own the brands trucks, assisting them with a wide range of topics related to their vehicles. Support is delivered via phone and email, covering areas such as cargo tracking, vehicle maintenance, and roadside assistance.
Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone and email to truck users; Handle inquiries related to vehicle status, cargo in transit, maintenance, and assistance services; Schedule appointments with workshops and service centers; Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests while maintaining high service standards. Working Hours Monday to Friday; Work Model Initial training will be conducted on-site in Lisbon during the first month; After training, office presence is required approximately 4 days per month, in line with the current team setup.
