Hello! We are looking for a French-Speaking Night Customer Service Agent, passionate and motivated, to handle a wide range of requests from our members: taxi and restaurant bookings, flight tickets, insurance or electronic payment assistance, personalised advice and various recommendations. You will need to be curious, resourceful and proactive in order to deliver a unique experience at every interaction, while ensuring service excellence during night hours. Profile required : - Native or fluent French, with professional English (minimum oral level required) - Ability to work autonomously and manage time and priorities effectively - Excellent interpersonal skills : active listening, availability, courtesy - Strong attention to detail and service quality : accuracy, reliability, precision - Comfortable with IT and office tools : Office, CRM - Excellent command of spoken and written French (spelling and grammar) - Flexibility to work night shifts and non-standard schedules - Willingness to join a skilled, supportive and dynamic team What we offer : - Position based in the heart of Lisbon - Avenida da Liberdade - Permanent contract (CDI) - 40 hours per week - Night schedule : 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., 3 to 4 nights per week - Salary paid over 14 months + attractive quarterly bonuses - Transportation allowance: €30 - Meal allowance: €8.00 per day - Comprehensive health insurance after 6 months (including optical and dental cover) - Full professional training throughout your career - Integration into an international company and group offering real career development opportunities - Join a close-knit, friendly team focused on service excellence Ready to join the night team?
