RESPONSABILITIES:
To enable employees in the group to have high-performance IT tools, work securely, and listen to them.
Setting up, deploying computer and telephony equipment.
Providing support to users on-site or remotely.
Resolving or escalating network or system incidents.
Managing local inventory in conjunction with the purchasing department.
Technical environment: Landesk, Windows 7 and 10, VOIP, Active Directory, Office 365
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent/native in English (mandatory) + Fluent/native in French is a plus (but not mandatory).
Good communication skills to work with international teams from the Lisbon office.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
2 to 5 years of experience, minimum.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Base salary: 1480€
Bonus: 100€ (100% objectives).
Meal Allowance: 7,8€/day (meal card)
Transport allowance: 20€ /months (card)
