Apply to our German Recruiter vacancy for one of our clients, in the contact center field, in Lisbon. Your tasks: As an Dutch Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates to join our team of call center professionals. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles. You will be responsible for the source of candidates and the review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates. You will conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. You will manage the candidate interview process, including follow-ups and feedback. We are looking for: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) + Other languages spoken will be a plus. Enough experience in the recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up). Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills. A positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach. What we offer: Base salary (according to experience). Contract signed with the client.
