Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager has the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement (with agency support) paid digital media;
Orchestrate the Digital customer journey (paid, owned, shared, earned) from planning to roll out in relevant channels of the Digital funnel until conversion;
Track media platforms (Google, Youtube) and campaign analytics;
Improve SEO strategy and constant update of website and e-retailers content to improve omnichannel experience;
Develop and implement Paid social content and influencer marketing strategies (micro to macro);
Build and lead the agency teams (from digital agency, SEO agency, media agency), as well as to develop and implement local guidelines;

Perfil desejado

Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or similar;Proven track record of Digital Marketing experience (at least 3 years);Good technological of relevant Digital Tools for analytics & data management;Social media platform knowledge and experience; Experience supervising outside vendors and agencies.
