Career Opportunity : French-speaking Customer Consultant
Location : Lisbon (Hybrid or Fully Remote)
Schedule : Monday to Friday - rotating 8-hour shifts, earliest start at 07:00 and latest finish at 18:00.
Start Date : April 17th 2026

Your Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, clarity and empathy;
Provide complete support and build long-lasting customer loyalty;
Manage each interaction autonomously, without the need to transfer calls;
Advise customers on the services, options and solutions that best fit their needs.

Your Profile:

Native or fluent French speaker;
Strong English skills (training + tools are in English);
Previous experience in a contact center environment;
Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset;
Solid problem-solving and autonomy in managing customer requests.
