Adecco Human Resources is, through it's Shared Service Center recruitment team, currently searching and hiring candidates for a role of Customer Service Specialist in a prestigious client in Lisboa.

Funções

- Support Indie Campers managing and optimising all fleet related activities;
- Monitor and control all fleet interventions in a specific region, based on SLAs and pre-approved cost matrices;
- Identify areas of focus for the Fleet related process improvement efforts and evaluation of potential areas of opportunity and risk, incorporating best practices and interpreting data to produce both long-term and short-term activities & deliverables;
- Produce reports and presentations on performance trends to proactively identify specific variances and resolve issues and problems;
- Development and improvement of current processes from A to Z, through Market Research and providing solutions on how to better allocate resources;
- Ensure daily data capture allows for metrics analysis and operations coordination;
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, as well as ad hoc loss runs and other data analyses;
- Enable cross-functional alignment, standardisation, and execution supporting leadership.

Requisitos

- Experience in similar functions;
- Fluency in English;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong problem solving skills;

Oferta

- Direct contract with Adecco;
- Schedule: from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m., Monday to Friday;
- Work Place: Picoas area (near the underground);
- Attractive salary.
