We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to strengthen our digital presence, enhance lead generation, and support talent acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives.
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that position the company as a recognized leader in the EPC water treatment sector. This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with operational implementation across all digital and visual communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote company services, projects, and achievements.
- Manage and optimize SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics to improve visibility and measure campaign performance.
- Oversee the corporate website design, content, and updates using Webflow or equivalent CMS, ensuring an effective user experience and strong search performance.
- Manage LinkedIn marketing and recruiting, including targeted campaigns, content scheduling, and community engagement.
- Design and produce visual content and graphics for digital platforms, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engage target audiences.
- Prepare product and project presentations for clients, exhibitions, and internal communications.
- Monitor and report marketing performance metrics, recommending optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with management, business development, and HR teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or long term practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in engineering, industrial, or environmental sectors.
- Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital campaign optimization.
- Experience with web design and CMS platforms (Webflow or equivalent).
- Strong skills in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or Canva).
- Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Spanish or Arabic) is a strong advantage.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Permanent residents of Madeira are preferred.
