Our client company is recruiting for Commercial Back Office Employee (m/f/d)Full-time (40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Independent and reliable execution of general organizational and commercial tasks, including for example:
- Data recording all incoming invoices in the ELO and DOMUS software systems (checking of meta data of those invoices, such as creditor, invoice-number, amount, profit centre, etc.)
- Maintenance of tenant files / assignment of correspondence to the respective files
- Monitoring of general email inboxes
- First and primary point of contact for customers via incoming phone calls
- Obtaining quotations as well as preparing offers and invoices
- Organization and management of file storage systems
- Contact person for other departments / regular coordination with German colleagues
Your Profile:
- Professional experience in this field
- Proficient use of MS Office and modern communication tools
- Commitment, attention to detail, and reliability are essential
- Independent working style
- Business-fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
