Our client company is recruiting for Business Manager (M/F)

Job Description:
Reports directly to CEO, is responsible to drive the strategic growth and expansion of Omni Chanell and B2B.
• Identifying and evaluating new projects and opportunities;
• Identify company’s strengths and weaknesses;
• Suggestions for improvements;
• Implement new ideas and solutions for a more profitable and efficient business;
• With experience in leading remote teams through constant virtual meetings;
• May work in an environment of different nationalities and generations;
• Also requires a blend of market analysis, strategic planning, and strong leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
• Proven experience in Omnichannel and B2B, preferably in a leadership role in Home Furnishings industry;
• Strong understanding of retail operations, market dynamics, and consumer behavior;
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and project management skills;
• Financial acumen and budgeting expertise;
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities;
• Effective communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
• Willingness to travel extensively as needed;
• Available to travel and work from different locations around the world.
