A Kelly Search & Selection is searching for a Retail Restaurant Manager to a multinational company in Retail sector for Algarve area, Portugal.We are looking for you, who wants to be responsible for commercial execution in the restaurant and kitchen, ensuring our client's commercial calendar, develop commercial initiatives and food competence in the store. Your passion for developing business and people shows in how you share your commercial capabilities and inspire your team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Secure the appropriate processes and procedures to secure quality of food, food safety, excellence in operations, introduce vitality and to reduce waste;
- Ensure that the customer restaurant and kitchen is kept in good conditions, common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented and that the equipment is maintained and in full working order;
- Ensure high quality standards of customer experience in the customer and co-worker restaurant and optimised levels of commerciality are achieved;
- Lead and implement the commercial strategy and commercial calendar and manage the food supply chain for efficient ordering, production and inventory levels to maximise profitability;
- Ensure the commercial agenda by securing that retail foundations, sales steering tools and food safety is in place;
- Identify, recruit, introduce, and develop the many talents to secure a lean, diverse and high performing team through building competence and leadership and empowering co-workers to act on their own initiative.
- Lead the implementation of the stores communication strategy, the business plan or other action plans.
Requirements:
- You have a genuine interest in sales and are motivated by fulfilling customer needs;
- You have expertise of food services management in a vibrant retail environment or hotels;
- Using your accurate commercial planning sense to seek new opportunities to attract and convert visitors is your approach and you are eager in further developing this with us;
- You have experience of and enjoy leading and developing a big team and several processes;
- You are motivated and driven in enabling people perform, deliver, learn and develop through a strong sense of togetherness;
- You have strong operational management capability and HACCP knowledge;
- You are able to work with goals and capable of analysing KPI’s.
