In order to reinforce our Sales & Marketing Department, Amtrol-Alfa is looking for a:
PRODUCT & SALES MANAGER M/F
Location: Guimarães, Portugal
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relations: Manage key accounts, understand customer needs, as well as travel
internationally to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Sales Growth: Expand existing accounts and enter new markets through proactive sales and
business development.
• Product Management: Involvement in product innovation, proposals, budgeting, and market
positioning.
Requirements:
• Education: College degree (preferably in engineering).
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation capabilities; knowledge of common software
applications and CRM.
• Languages: Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
• Technical Sales & Product Innovation, ideally in manufacturing or engineering.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
