About the Role:We are looking for a part-time Accounts Clerk (60%) to join our VAT compliance team
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is motivated to learn and gain experience in VAT compliance and financial reporting.
You will support the team in ensuring adherence to VAT rules and regulations across various jurisdictions and play a key role in assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manually book invoices for European SAFT (Standard Audit File for Tax) purposes
Assist with the reconciliation of SAFT files, accounting entries, and VAT declarations
Help prepare Intrastat declarations
Support the VAT team with various ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks
Your Profile:
Initial experience or educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a team
