Profile we are looking for
Innate leader with high emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit,
Ability to delegate, inspire and coach UF creatives with different personality type,
Strategic mindset, creative thinker and innovator with an acute eye for engaging visual storytelling,
Ideation based on brand´s values, marketing analytics and trends,
Plan and budget company advertisements,
Brainstorm to develop innovative content and campaign ideas that achieve marketing goals,
Lead and review visual assets created by the photographers and videographers to make sure those materials caters to the interests of UF target audience,
Collaborate closely with Project Manager,
Work independently as well as in a team environment,
