Kelly Engineering Resources is recruiting, for our client, in the Automotive Industry sector, a Quality Engineer, to work in their headquarters, placed in Tondela.Responsibilities:
- Temporary Change of process controls;
- Customer Satisfaction Analysis;
- Dealing with assembly line complaints and field complaints;
- Selection of statistical methods;
- Internal and external audits support;
- Problem solving leader, driving the production teams towards the correct application of problem solving methods;
- KPI’s monitoring (Customer Incidents; Customer Evaluation; Failure Costs; Safe-Launch; Field Review Critical Projects; Audits).
Requirements:
- Engineering or High School with proven work experience on the function;
- Work Experience 3-5 years;
- English proficiency;
- Basics knowledge in German;
- IATF 16949:2016;
- Automotive Core Tools (APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA/VDA5 and SPC);
- Applicable CSR’s to the assigned products and processes;
- 8D and Six-Sigma Problem Solving skills (Green Belt certification);
- Qualified Process auditor according VDA 6.3;
- Field Failure Analysis.
