Thread the machines, enter data from the technical sheet, adjust the machines, control parameters, change the pattern disks.Perform and record knit validations.
Monitor the loom's operation, ensuring it runs without excessive stops and produces defect-free articles.
Continuously inspect the produced knit fabric, correcting anomalies or alerting the team leader in case of non-conformity.
Repair thread breaks.
Record loom stops and piece production in the pocket and on appropriate forms.
Prepare loads, set up loads, thread yarns, and place tubes on the machine.
Report anomalies in the operation of looms or accessory equipment.
competências
Previous experience in ketten knitting (mandatory)Availability to work in 3 rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (shifts change weekly) or 2 rotating 12-hour shifts on weekends.
Own transportation required.
Immediate availability is a plus.
Knowledge of English language is a plus.
