- Requirements:
- - High School Degree;
- - 2+ years leading teams as a Customer Service Manager, Team Leader or as specialist Internal Sales;
- - Experience in contact center (mandatory);
- - Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team building abilities, coaching skills, and people management experience;
- - Self-motivated and able to work to targets in a busy environment; prioritising busy workload and managing time;
- - Excellent communication skills with a track record of creative problem-solving and relationship building;
- - Committed, reliable and enthusiastic to learn and develop further;
- - Availability to travel all over the country.
responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the Internal Sales activities;
- Achieve the assigned targets;
- Set Sales Targets and motivate the Internal Sales Team;
- Lead the Internal Sales team;
- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Internal Sales Team;
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback;
- Ensure and maintain technical and commercial knowledge by providing educational workshops; briefings and coaching provided to the team members.
