We are currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner for a multinational company.
O que terás de fazer
- Providing advice, handling postings, sourcing candidates and choosing the best channels to attract talent;
- Identify areas of improvement of the recruiting process;
- Market mapping;
- Negotiations with head hunters and agencies;
- Appearance at trade fairs and events;
O que precisas de garantir
- Degree or Master in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Sociology;
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting in a dynamic environment;
- Experience with different sourcing web pages (Linkedin Recruiter, Stack Overflow, etc.)
- English professional level;
- Strong communication skills;
- Availability to work between Vila Real and Porto.
