We are looking for a Solar PVEV Charger Technician for one of the most relevant companies in the energy sector.
O que terás de fazer
- Identify and define the requirements for EV Charger Solar PV installations.
- Perform audits and visits to the EV Charger Solar PV installations, made by Goldenergy contracted installers.
- Manage Suppliers, namely to evaluate EV Charger Solar PV proposals, performance and quality, installations schedulings, control the suppliers KPIs and assign them site repairs.
- Provide technical support, to the Sales and Customer Support teams, either internal or external, related with EV product offering.
- Study and analyze EV related products and services.
- Provide the third level support to Customer Suppor teams or directly to the end-user;
- Technical training to the Customer Support teams (internal and external);
- Manage warranties and assign to partners any request for local assistance or repair.
- Evaluation of EV Charger stations compliance and quality;
- Monitoring and evaluation of customers projects;
- Management of product stock and ordering;
- Partners KPI evaluation;
- Periodic meetings with partners.
O que precisas de garantir
- Technical or higher studies in the area of energy and renewable energy or other related areas;
- Experience designing, installing or maintaining Solar PV EV Chargers installations.
- Good leadership skills

Requisitos
