We are currently hiring an Procurement Buyer for a company with a large activity scope.

O que terás de fazer

For its supplier portfolio, has full responsibility for ensuring the availability of components in quantity and time and in accordance with expectations, while limiting the dormant and obsolete stocks;

Ensures the follow-up of orders and delivery schedules;

Analysis of MRP requirements;

Communication of requirements and forecasts to suppliers;

Management of the priorities of its product portfolio;

Maintenance of technical data in the SAP information system (supplier files, article database);

Management of calls for tender: organization, reporting and communication;

Negotiates prices;

Active in projects.

O que precisas de garantir

Minimum 12º grade;

At least 3 years of professional experience as a Purchaser-Procurement in an industrial company such as mechanical engineering or any other technical environment;

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and interact with technical departments;

Experience in mechanical parts purchasing and knowledge of the local and international market;

Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain (Lean manufacturing, pull flow, Kanban);

Excellent knowledge of the SAP environment, the MM module as well as the usual IT tools (MS Office);

Fluency in English, French is a plus.
