We are currently hiring an IT Applications and Cybersecurity Business Partner for a company with a large activity scope.

O que terás de fazer

- Project lead on implementation projects;

- Lead, coach and develop the Applications and Information Security team;

- Guiding and consulting in the implementation of guidelines, standards, processes, and

concepts in the area of business applications and cybersecurity, to advice executive

management and other stakeholders;

- Contribute to the definition and drive the design and implementation of Enterprise Data

Architecture strategy and roadmap;

- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies that align with the Group’s goals and

vision;

- Identifying and managing cybersecurity risks and audit recommendations;

- Carrying out security analyses and review security concepts at system level for internal

Applications or Infrastructure;

- Establish cyber security policies and procedures: Develop and implement cyber security

policies and procedures in line with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and

the organization's objectives;

- Collaborate with other business areas: Work closely with other functions, such as legal,

HR, and Finance, to ensure that cyber security risks are identified, assessed, and are

adequately managed. Also collaborate with external vendors, partners, and consultants to

ensure that they meet the organization's cyber security standards;

- Ensure that the Group's infrastructure, software, and networks are secure from cyber attacks.

O que precisas de garantir

- Hold a relevant professional level qualification or Bachelors/Advanced Degree or equivalent in a

technology related subject;

- Experience of best practice methodologies such as Prince2, PMP or equivalent;

- An in-depth understanding of cybersecurity technologies, threats, and vulnerabilities;

- Experience working with a range of cybersecurity tools, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and antivirus software;

- Strong communication and facilitation skills- able to clearly communicate information to the business leadership and collect relevant feedback;

- Building Bridges - Improving the cooperation between business and IT and positively influence the mindset within both organizations;

- Excellent innovative problem-solving skills applying appropriate analysis methods and techniques.

- Strong understanding of Enterprise IT architecture, physical and cloud-based ecosystems;

- Experience of leading IT projects;

- Experience of delivering and supporting IT technology in a multinational environment;

- Knowledge of ERP, CRM and other enterprise software applications;

- Knowledge of application integration;

- Previous experience in a similar or related role;

- Excellent organization skills;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels;

- Fluent in spoken and written English (Mandatory).
