Competências:
Requirements:- High School Degree;
- Previous experience in similar position or as specialist Internal Sales;
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and team building abilities, coaching skills, and people management experience (preferential);
- Self-motivated and able to work to targets in a busy environment; prioritising busy workload and managing time;
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of creative problem-solving and relationship building;
- Committed, reliable and enthusiastic to learn and develop further;
- Availability to travel all over the country.
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- Coordinate the Internal Sales activities;
- Achieve the assigned targets;
- Ensure the service provided to current customers is to a high standard;
- Assist with maintenance and further development of the sales plan, to develop the customer base;
- Ensure and maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
