Industrial Master Planner - Amarante

We are currently hiring an Industrial Master Planner for a company with a large activity scope.

O que terás de fazer

Plan production sites, subcontractors and suppliers based on customer demand, available capacity, inventory targets and the overall production strategy of the company;

Optimize operations, costs, quality and customer service by leading or actively participating to improvement projects;

Actively participate to cross-functional projects in order to improve purchasing planning, production planning, capacity management, inventory management;

Work in close collaboration with Production (mainly CA sites such as DE, TU, MY, IN), New Product Introduction, Quality, R&D, Finance and Sales teams to support the launch of new products or transfer products from sites to sites;

Improve product flows, logistics and distribution costs from suppliers, subcontractors and production sites to customers;

Support the continuous improvement of the product quality by implementing effective work processes with production sites and quality teams;

Optimize the utilization of the ERP system (SAP) with production sites, planning, master data and IT;

Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans;

Implement and analyze KPI’s to better understand and monitor the supply chain.

O que precisas de garantir

Logistics/supply chain engineer or equivalent;

Min 5 years in a similar environment in an international company;

Excellent knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, JD Edwards). SAP is preferred;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook);

Fluent in English, French is a plus;

Ability to work in a multicultural and cross functional environment;

Proactive, pragmatic, organized, precise, solution & customer oriented;

Can work quickly, with conflicting priorities and under pressure.
