We are currently hiring an Industrial Customer Service for a company with a large activity scope.

O que terás de fazer

Customer order management;

Management of deliveries;

Invoicing and preparation of export documents;

Contacts with customers;

Follow-up of files;

Updates and maintenance of data on SAP;

Participate in the improvement and optimization of sales administration processes.

O que precisas de garantir

Minimum 12º grade with some Sales background;

1 to 3 years experience in a similar position;

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel);

Knowledge of the SAP system (SD module);

Knowledge of techniques and procedures related to shipping and export activities will be valuated;

Fluency in English (B2-C1) and German (B2);

Communication skills, flexibility and open-mindedness;

Versatility, rigor and autonomy in work;

Team spirit and willingness to integrate into a small structure;

Interest in technical fields and products.
