We are currently hiring an Accounting Manager for a company with a large activity scope.

O que terás de fazer

- Develop and lead the Accounting Function of the company;

- Closely monitor treasury activities;

- Supervise and enhance Financial reportings;

- Coordinate relationship with auditors, banks and tax authorities;

- Conceive, implement and oversee an effective and efficient ICS for the financial reporting and global compliance;

- Supervise two accounting employees (with tendency to grow);

- Create synergies and harmonize practices within the Group;

- Manage the Group Transfer Pricing policy and flows.

O que precisas de garantir

- Excellent knowledge of Portuguese and international GAAP;

- Excellent knowledge of SAP (in particular FI module);

- Advance knowledge of MS Excel is a must;

- Strong data and analytical skills;

- Strong interest for Power BI or analytical tools;

- Several years of experience in team management;

- Fluent in Portuguese and English, French is a plus;

- Ambitious, enthusiastic and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills;

- Versatility, rigor, precision, autonomy and discretion in your work;

- Ability to manage and motivate employees that are working locally or abroad, leading by example;

- Good organizational skills, logical approach and systematic way of working.
