Our client is a manufacturer of luxury leather goods specialist and has become a reference company in the sector, both in the national and international market.To achieve the target set for the Development Department is looking for a Development Manager
This professional will be responsible for the strategic definition of the prototype area and development of new products (luxury leather goods) according to customer requirements, in close cooperation with the production area. It will also be responsible for the coordination of the development team.

Competências:
Consolidated experience in the design of bags / bags, from cutting to sewing;High technical knowledge (development and production process);
Good leadership skills and team management;
High strategic planning skills, time management and deadlines compliance;
Strong orientation towards the achievement of results;
Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Keizen, 5S);
High knowledge of English;
Knowledge of German (optional);
