Our client is a manufacturer of luxury leather goods specialist and has become a reference company in the sector, both in the national and international market.This professional will be responsible for the strategic definition of the prototype area and development of new products (luxury leather goods) according to customer requirements, in close cooperation with the production area. It will also be responsible for the coordination of the development team.

Competências:
Consolidated experience in the design of leather goods (bags);High technical knowledge (development and production process) from cutting to sewing;
Good leadership skills and team management;
High strategic planning skills, time management and deadlines compliance;
Strong orientation towards the achievement of results;
Good knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Keizen, 5S);
High knowledge of English;
Knowledge of German (optional);
