Job description: As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role in keeping our machinery and production processes running smoothly. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll ensure that our equipment operates at peak performance, allowing our production teams to meet their targets efficiently. Work is conducted in a cleanroom, requiring special protective clothing to maintain hygiene standards.
REQUIREMENTS: ? 2 years’ experience in a similar role ? Minimum B1 English or Dutch ? Driving License ? Technical and mechanical skills, including pneumatics, electrical control, and PLC programming. ? Experience with electro and information systems, network communication, and data collection systems. ? Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting experience, and effective communication skills. ? Knowledge of and experience with GMP and ISO 13485 (advantageous but not mandatory).
Key responsibilities include: • Conducting regular inspections and audits, meticulously documenting your findings to ensure seamless operations. • Leading scheduled maintenance and guiding external technicians and suppliers during these periods. • Troubleshooting and analysing machinery breakdowns to uncover root causes and implement solutions to minimize downtime. • Actively participating in improvement projects and contributing to the development and execution of initiatives to increase efficiency. • Creating new work instructions and preventive maintenance documentation to ensure everyone works effectively. • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
