O que terás de fazer
- Technical support of our software;
- Assist in maintaining our cloud infrastructure;
- Install our software in new hotels;
- Implement and maintain interfaces to external systems at our clients;
- Integrate software in operational networks and server structures;
- Implement and look after new IT solutions;
- Communicate with clients.
O que precisas de garantir
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field;
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required;
- Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal.
Preference is given to candidates with work experience in and/or familiarity with:
- Servers and clients with a Windows Server 2012 AD;
- SAN / NAS servers;
- VMWare ESXi / vSphere;
- Firewalls, network technics and routing, internet interface and VPN access;
- Control, backup, and disaster recovery systems;
- A script or programming language.
