Inspires their sales team to sell lots of shoes to meet and exceed sales goals;
Implements and executes company plans and strategies;
Provides an in-store experience that supports our brand and exceeds customers expectations;
Day to day operations of the store;
Managing employee scheduling;
Overseeing employee sales and service;
Employee training.
Requisitos
Undergraduate;
Fluent in Portuguese and English;
2+ years of retail store management experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Hands-on;
Fashion minded;
Drivers licence is na advantage;
Immediate availability.
Condições
Available 40 hours per week (especially on Saturdays).
