Senior Software Engineer (M/F)
Setúbal
Your Tasks:
- Produce and implement software designs according to the specifications provided
- Transform software designs and specifications into high funtioning code
- Provide hands on technical leadership to the team, including your own code contributions, design reviews and prioritization
- Collaborate with technical writers to create documentation for internal quality management and user support
- Bring a deep understanding of software development in a team and a proven track record of shipping software on time.
- Advise senior and executive management.
Profile:
- BSc/BA in computer science, software engineering or relevant discipline.
- Proven experience of 5+ years as a programmer or relevant role.
- Proven experience of 2+ years management experience leading software development teams of 5people or more.
- Deep hans-on technical expertise; prior experience as software developer or software development manager.
- Experience in system design and coding knowledge (C++, Java or other object oriented programming languages).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Excellent English, both verbal and written.
