Randstad Professionals is recruiting for it's FMCG client that is currently looking to reinforce its structure with a Sales Rep/Trade Marketer (m/f).Competências:
Higher education preferableAt least 2 years experience in FMCG sales
Language: market preference
Good commercial understanding

Good TME knowledge (reporting & data)
Good Analytical skills
Principais responsabilidades
The Sales Rep/Trade Marketer will have to effectively execute in-store activities to maximize consumer off-take of our client products through the effective utilization of Trade Marketing Programs and the attainment of volume, distribution and availability targets.Based on territory goals you will be responsible for organizing its most effective and efficient route plan to reach the company's targets. The Trade Marketer will have to fully understand the client' performance across its territory and analyse data to support the local knowledge and will have to be comfortable delivering business information to support its selling proposal.
He/she will demonstrate a "Double Win" approach during the selling process matching the benefits of our client' proposal to the need of the retailer.
