Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a client that acts in the banking software sector and wants to reinforce its structure with a Test Manager (m/f).Competências:
The main requirements are the following:- Degree in IT or similar area;
- 5+ years of experience in similar role;
- Firm experience in team management;
- Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, - - Test Driven Development Strategies and other;
- ISTQ Certification ( is considered a plus);
- Experience with software QA tools and processes;
- Fluency in English;
Principais responsabilidades
This role includes the following tasks:- Participate in development projects, playing roles of technical software quality assurance;
- Create an end-to-end test plan;
- Executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected;
- The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems, Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
