Kelly IT Resources is recruiting a Test Designer (M/F) to integrate directly a client in Oporto.The Test Designer will design and run test cases, make sure to maintain and update test cases library, follow up the test project by accompanying the various teams in the implementation of a quality approach, write test plans, test cases and run these cases in the Squash test repository.

Responsibilities:
o Establish or adapt a test strategy for the project;
o Estimate workloads and plan tests;
o Design test plans, design test scenarios and run the tests;
o Describe the found defects or bugs and track the fixes delivery by Software Development Team;
o Run a test project in agile or V-cycle mode;
o Evaluate the quality of the product and close the test operation;
o Writing and presenting dashboards (resulting from the execution of test campaigns).
Requirements:
o Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Application technical discipline required or Master degree in Computer science or similar area;
o Minimum of 3+ year’s recent working in a Software Development environment;
o 2+ years testing experience and designing automatic tests in Java;
o Technical Frameworks & Tools: Software test, Squash TA & TM, Product evaluation methodologies and standards (ISTQB), Testing methods and associated tools, Jenkins, Jira, Docker, Selenium.
o Expertise: Writing test plans, task Planning and resource management, knowledge of agile and V cycle methods, knowledge of Jira and Squash TA and TM.
Soft Skills:
o Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills when working across diverse multicultural GEOs;
o Fluent English Speaking & Writing.
