Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in SW testing, Selenium or any automation tool;
- Java certification would be an added advantage
- 2 to 5 years experience in incident & problem management
- Knowledge on QTP/IBM RFT / etc.
- Expertise in Java Scripting
- Good Excel skills and reporting knowledge
- Understanding of latest innovations, trends and emerging technologies in QA testing and test methodology.
Principais responsabilidades
The Test Automation engineer is responsible for segments of test planning, design and execution, meeting planned scope, schedule and providing recommendations for issue resolution, system optimization and test efficiency.Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform test execution activities, including implementation of test automation procedures and scripts;
- Build and institutionalize Client’s unified test automation platform;
- Build and institutionalize robust reusable frameworks for multiple testing types.
- Proactively identify automation needs and deliver frameworks for those with successful pilots;
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated testing for all kind of application (GUI, API application, data integration, business intelligence, and reporting systems).
