We are currently hiring a Tax & Administration Manager for a multinational company.
O que terás de fazer
• Taxes: VAT, SAFT, Personal income tax, Levies
• Responsible for the monthly and yearly closing
• Responsible for Treasury department and payments
• A/R, A/P
• Internal and External audits
• Reporting to Regulators: ERSE, REN, Energy Ministry
• Manage F&A team, 2 members
• Ensure correct posting national/international invoices, issued and received
• Manage outgoing / incoming invoicing
• Manage and improve Finance systems
• Prepare and upload accounting files
• Support Tax Management
• Post settlements with clearing houses
• Reconciliation of suspense accounts
• Monthly closing entry with adjustment at foreign exchange rate and guarantees
• Request for reports, improvements and automation in order to optimize time in daily tasks
• Support to other departments
• Internal training of the unit staff if needed
O que precisas de garantir
• Diploma in Business Studies
• Accounting and BackOffice Specialist
• Chartered accountant (Portuguese TOC)
• 8-10 years experience in Finance department, there of 3 as Head of Administration
• Expertise and other competencies in Financial Sector / Power and/or Gas Retailing / Oil
• Availability for travel

Requisitos
