We’re Hiring: Invoicing & Operations Specialist Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment? Join this project and play a key role in ensuring smooth invoicing operations and financial accuracy! What You’ll Do Ensure daily resolution of invoicing issues using data from pricing, commercial, and accounting teams and record and monitor commercial support transactions accurately Issue invoices aligned with negotiated Incoterms and validate document accuracy Prepare manual invoices for adjustments, technical assistance, guarantees, and special cases Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to clarify processes and provide documentation Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce risks Support month-end and year-end closing activities Work closely with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing transactions What We Offer: 12-month contract with the possibility of permanent employment Hybrid working model (2 days in the office) Base salary according to experience + meal allowance: €10.20 per day Health insurance Continuous development and career growth opportunities Dynamic, innovative environment with a strong culture of collaboration We’re looking forward to receiving your CV| Distrito | Porto | ||||||||
