We are looking for curious people who are interested in technology and motivated to join a growing project in Portugal!The good news? You can work from home and for that you just need an Fiber Optic Internet connection!
You will be responsible for:
- mobile technical assistance to customers;
- customer satisfaction in order to retain them;
- inform customers about the company's products and services and their benefits.
And the conditions?
- 700€ (base salary) + 350€ (monthly bonus) + 132€ (meal allowance) + transportation allowance.
Schedules:
40h per week with rotative schedules from Monday to Sunday between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Competências:
Beyond curiosity and motivation, we are also looking for:- candidates with the Bac (compulsory);
- professional experience in similar functions (preferential);
- mastery of the English language;
- ease of communication / argumentation;
- taste for teamwork;
- good computer skills.
