Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Technical Application Manager, for direct integration, in a company located in Porto.responsabilidades chave
Coordination with purchasing, Legal, and controlling the content of SLAs;Manage penetration tests, assessments and security findings fixes;
Identify risk findings through vulnerabilities, security incidents, audits;
Knowledge of ITIL process;
Interest in IT and Cyber Security;
Reports in accordance with control objectives and demonstrably in control of the supplier;
Drawing up specifications that contribute to the efficient procurement of the service or service that meets the needs of the business;
Drafting and keeping up-to-date the process descriptions of the service delivery process;
Coordinate and align with Solution Architects on the implementation of security measures;
Document measures in place on Operations Manual;
Supporting internal and external audits.
competências
University degree in business administration or comparable degree;Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management;
Distinct affinity for process design, documents and reports;
Domain in MS Office tools (mandatory);
Domain in SAP (preferable);
Speaks and writes English fluently;
Availability for travelling.
