We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a portuguese company.
O que terás de fazer
- From identification to onboarding – you will manage the entire recruiting process for attracting trainees or IT professionals in the SAP environment along the candidate journey, as well as other
profiles;
- You will ensure a positive experience for all the candidates;
- For the identification of candidates you will use traditional tools as well as innovative recruiting channels – from active sourcing to social media;
- You will keep a database of interesting profiles;
- You actively support university marketing and participate in university events, as well as job fairs and professional events;
- You will work on comprehensive recruiting projects and further develop HR topics.
O que precisas de garantir
- At least 3 years experience in the recruitment in the IT environment and in active sourcing;
- Support and professional advice to internal customers;
- Curiosity, need to keep up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends;
- Practical mindset and desire to help shape the future;
communicative, convincing by his or her winning and professional attitude;
- Ability to work in a structured and well-organized manner;
- Proficiency in the usual Microsoft tools;
- Command of Portuguese and English.
