Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a client that acts in Digital Marketing, Online Advertisement, Apps Development, Online Traffic Management and Content Provider, and wants reinforce its structure with a System Administrator (m/f).Competências:
The main requirements are the following:- Centralized monitoring using Zabbix and Cacti;
- OS using Linux platform using distros Centos, Ubuntu, Debian;
- Hardware devices: Supermicro Servers, Network Switchs Cisco WLC and AP's;
- Software backup: BackupPC, Proxmox backup services;
- Web services: NGINX, HA-Proxy, PowerDNS;
- Email services using Mail-in-a-Box, Linux Exim and Postfix;
- Database services: MySQL Galera cluster;
- Firewalls and VPNs: pfSense, Linux IPTables/IPSec;
- Help-desk support to the end users;
- Knowledge in Windows Server platform with Active Directory with Group Policy;
- Bachelors in computer science or related field plus minimum three years experience in system administration;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers as needed.
Principais responsabilidades
This role includes the following tasks:- Install and configure software and hardware;
- Manage network servers and technology tools;
- Set up accounts and workstations;
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements;
- Troubleshoot issues and outages;
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls;
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models;
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies;
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.
