We are recruiting a Supplier Analyst (m/f) for one of our clients located in Porto.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsbible for the Supply enablement activities;
  • Responsible for data collection and analysis;
  • Contact and invite suppliers to register in the SAP Ariba platform (preferential);
  • Support and do a follow up with suppliers;
  • Set up meetings with project team;
  • Research potential vendors.

Profile:
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese  (Level C1 - mandatory);
  • Graduated in Business Analystics, Management Sciences, Computing & Technology or similar (Preferential);
  • Knowledge in SAP / Ariba / P2P / P2O;
  • Experience in procurement and supply analysis
  • Organizational and communicational skills;
  • Proactivity;
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Previous experience in a Shared Service Center (preferential).

Schedule: From monday to friday between 09 am until 18 pm;

Location: Porto
