E-COMMERCE CONTENT MANAGER
As an e-commerce Content Manager, you will work at SONAE MC e-commerce team contributing to improve online consumers’ experience while driving business growth.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Create an maintain the product content of a portfolio categories in Continente Online;
- Research consumer buying behavior to identify the critical drivers of consumer purchase decisions by product type;
- Monitor and analyze search and website metrics, focused on continuous improvement and content optimization to maximize conversion;
- Manage and implement promotional campaigns able to drive sales and increase profitability;
- Manage day to day activities in close collaboration with operations and commercial teams;

Develop expertise on e-commerce industry best practices.
REQUIREMENTS: - Educated to degree level or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of proven experience in similar roles;
- Detail oriented;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Analytical and quantitative skills;
- Ability to use common Office (Excel), Google tools (Analytics) and Photoshop;
- Fluent in English.
