Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Software Architect, for direct integration, in a company located in Aveiro.Hybrid work (1-2 days at the office in Aveiro, rest is remote).
responsabilidades chave
Design and development of software architecture for new and existing products.Break down solutions for implementation in development teams, providing guidance and coaching.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and agile development teams, to gather requirements, create technical specifications, and specify technical solutions for new requirements and product features.
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of architecture activities across product and project boundaries.
Ensure that software code meets quality standards, including performance, security, and reliability.
Mentor and guide team members in software design and development best practices
Contribute to a healthy and collaborative team spirit within the product teams.
Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies, continuously improving software design and development processes.
Document and maintain the technical product architecture
competências
More than 6 years of experience in software design and development (mandatory requirement).Experience as a software architect is valued.
Good communication in English (intermediate level is a mandatory requirement).
Experience designing and implementing multi-tier and distributed component/service architectures, as well as working with cloud technologies.
Experience in at least one OOP programming language, such as C++ or Java, with a strong understanding of OOP and software design patterns.
Ability to mentor and guide other team members.
Interest in solving complex problems and building scalable and reliable software solutions.
Knowledge in Continuous Integration/Delivery practices and tools.
