Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Senior Operations Engineer for a company located in Porto.responsabilidades chave
Perform system updates and modifications to system configurations on behalf of customers and other stakeholders;Respond to system incidents, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions to restore services;
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on system status and changes;
Collaborate within the Support and Operations team, and cooperate with the DevOps team, to answer questions and troubleshoot problems;
Develop and implement automation scripts and tools;
Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures;
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations;
Regularly be part of 24/7 on-call rotation.
competências
5+ years of experience with system administration, network management, and infrastructure design;Proficiency in the command line (Linux) and scripting skills (Python, bash);
Experience with IaC tools (e.g. Terraform);
Experience with AWS, Docker, and virtualization management platforms (e.g. oVirt);
Strong knowledge of monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix;
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues;
Ability to quickly assess and resolve operational challenges;
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
