Randstad Professionals is recruiting for a worldwide operating automotive supplier campany. They want to reinforce their structure with a SAP HCM Splecialist (m/f).Competências:
The main requirements are the following:- Degree in IT or similar;
- Previous experience in automotive industry or production industries;
- 5 years of experience working with a human capital management system (SuccessFactors or SAP HCM);
- Strong experience in supporting global HR systems during implementation, as well as after go-live;
- Knowledge and experience with supporting IT applications and environments;
- Ability to work remotely in across regional teams;
- Flexibility regarding priority changes;
- Willingness to travel (EMEA area);
- Fluency in English.
Principais responsabilidades
This role includes the following tasks:- Assure the implementation of new HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors);
- Provide on-going enhancements and support for HR applications (master data, time & attendance, payroll, etc.) in EMEA and Americas regions;
- Advice internal stakeholders regarding the technical and functional implementations of SAP Success-Factors and other HR applications;
- Work with cross regional IT HR Team to respond to escalated incidents, problems and service requests for application support;
- Develop and recommend solution options to meet business needs.
