Position: Sales Professional
Location: Cruise Ships (Worldwide)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Rotational (6-8 months onboard)
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with guests from all over the world to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Drive sales by promoting and selling onboard products (retail, luxury goods, services).
Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
Build relationships with guests to enhance their cruise experience.
Ensure visual merchandising and stock standards are maintained.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a multicultural team and a high-energy environment.
Availability to work onboard for extended periods (6-8 months).
Passion for meeting targets and delivering exceptional service.
