Randstad Professionals is a specialized recruitment company for middle and top management positions. Our client is a reference company in the industry sector, intends to recruit a Sales Leader (m/f) for the Porto area.

Responsibility:
- Define the business development strategy, according to the product portfolio;
- Define and identify new marketing channels;
- Creation and implementation of strategies for driving sales growth;
-Managing the entire sales cycle (Customers Identification, lead generation, nurturing and closing deals);
-The development of business in the respective area, namely in the identification of new clients, preparation of proposals and closing of business, according to the strategy of the company;
- Management of the client portfolio.

Competências:

Requirements:
- Bachelor or Masters degree
- Have run the entire sales process from prospect to closure B2B;
- Experience in software sales or medical devices;
- Excellent communication and interpesonal skills;
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Willingness to Travel;
- Autonomy and dynamism.
