We are hiring a Bilingual Commercial Administrator (Italian and English B2/C1) for a leading company in the automotive sector in Maia

Your responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the commercial teams in the field.
Manage sales administration applications, including supporting commercial actions and bonuses.
Follow-up on bonus payments to the Dealer Network and handle related claims.
Control payments and incentives to B2B customers and leasing companies.
Direct communication with Dealers (B2C & B2B networks).
Manage and resolve claims, ensuring follow-up and feedback to the Dealers.

Your profile:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (not mandatory).
No need for finance or management experience, but a good affinity for numbers and analytical skills is a plus.
Ability to manage deadlines efficiently.
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in claims management.
Experience with and knowledge of reporting tools.
Fluent in Italian and English (B2/C1 minimum) for direct communication with local customers (not end customers).
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

1 year employment contract
Meal allowance : 10,20€ per day
