Randstad Professionals is specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior management profiles.Our client is looking for a Rewards and Recognition Manager (m/f) to the Porto area. As a Rewards and Recognition Manager you will be reporting to the Country manager and taking a lead on the delivery of the core global reward processes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a reward and recognition policy that match our client values;
- Promote and share information regarding the reward and recognition policy;
- Responsible for the active and continuous search of recognition and reward programs as well as it maintenance;
- Secure the development, coordination and implementation of internal and external events;
- Responsible for the coordination of team building events;
- Support the operational team in the effective planning and communication of the recognition and reward process, securing policies that match to the company’s goals;
- Collaborate in the many marketing activities that are asked.

Competências:
Skills & Requirements:- Degree (HR, Marketing, Sociology)
- Previous marketing experience in multinational companies;
- Verbal and written fluency in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Autonomy, dynamism and entrepreneurship;
- Both criative and hands on profile;
- Organizational skills;
- Teamwork and cooperation.
